Member Experience Sales Associate

As a Member Experience Sales Associate, you are the face of the studio—responsible for creating a warm, welcoming, and inclusive environment for all clients. Your top priority is delivering an exceptional first impression and consistently high-quality service that exceeds expectations. You’ll play a key role in client retention, new client conversion, and supporting overall studio operations.

What you’ll do:

Studio Operations

• Ensure the smooth daily operation of the studio.

• Greet and check in clients using our in-house booking system ( when applicable)

• Maintain a clean, organized, and welcoming studio, locker area & bathroom

• Promote a strong sense of community and belonging among clients.

• Support team goals by contributing to client retention, new member conversions, and service upselling.

• Handle client and prospect inquiries via phone, text, social media, email, and in-person consultations.

• Drive community outreach to expand the community within the studio

• Coordinate marketing campaigns in partnership with studio owner

Customer Experience

• Be the welcoming, friendly face of the studio.

• Recognize and engage with regular clients to strengthen relationships and encourage repeat visits.

• Anticipate and meet clients’ needs to deliver a personalized, high-touch experience.

• Proactively address and resolve client concerns or account issues with professionalism and care.

• Encourage and model a culture of attentiveness and hospitality throughout the team.

Marketing

• Assist in creating and sending the monthly studio newsletter with class updates, promotions, and community highlights.

• Support marketing communications across email, social media, and in-studio materials.

• Help build and maintain marketing sequences (email automations, campaign follow-ups, etc.).

• Assist with outreach to local businesses, organizations, and partners for collaborations and events.

• Provide support in planning and executing studio events, including pop-ups and community activities.

• Help track engagement and provide feedback on campaign performance.

Operations & Compliance

• Uphold hygiene, maintenance, and health & safety standards to ensure a safe and clean environment.

• Comply with data protection and all company security policies.

• Ensure amenities are well-stocked and facility standards are maintained.

• Follow studio systems and processes to support the client journey, conversion goals, and retention efforts.
  

QUALIFICATIONS & ATTRIBUTES

• At least 1 year of experience in a customer-facing role.

• Excellent phone etiquette and communication skills.

• Strong computer literacy; ability to learn and manage multiple booking systems.

• Highly organized, detail-oriented, and efficient in managing multiple tasks.

• Calm under pressure and responsive to a wide range of client needs.

• Enthusiastic team player with a passion for people and community-building.

Schedule & Hours:

• 3 days per week in-studio (3-4 hours each day).

• 1 day per week remote (flexible hours).

• Approximately 10-15 hours per week total
