PRE/ POST NATAL PILATES CLASS Series

Welcome to our Pre/Post Natal Pilates class series – a specially designed series to support and empower you through the incredible journey of pregnancy and postpartum recovery. This class offers a safe, low-impact, and nurturing space to help you stay strong, connected, and active at every stage of your journey.

Expect a class experience that emphasizes proper alignment, core strength, and overall body awareness, all within a community that understands the unique needs of mamas-to-be and new moms. Whether you’re looking to stay fit, recover, or simply connect with others in a similar phase of life, our Pre/Post Natal Pilates classes provide a supportive environment to do just that. Important

Note: It’s important to consult with your doctor before starting any new physical activity during pregnancy. Post-natal clients can join our classes as early as 10 weeks (vaginal birth) or 12 weeks (C-section) postpartum, or earlier with doctor’s approval. We recommend attending at least 3 Pre/Post Natal classes before transitioning to Essential or Reform Pilates classes.

Classes are available through memberships, class packs, or drop-ins.
